We understand that many customers would prefer a digital download option; however, as a Europe-wide mail order retailer, we face varied legal requirements for digital vouchers. For this reason, we are currently only able to send vouchers via postal mail.

Please note that our colleagues at bergzeit.de do offer digital vouchers, so if a digital version is essential for you, I recommend reaching out to them.
